Collaborated with Technical Project Manager and Director of Technology to design a sophisticated web portal with integrated workflow to replace a legacy email + file share system. • Initiated and chaired Knowledge Management Committee (Senior Consultants to Executives) to vet and secure buy-in for business and change management processes.

• Managed complete product cycle release and shipping experience. Set up and implemented intradepartmental testing procedures to move product builds through internal content review; and directed daily triage of priorities and high-level decisions regarding simultaneous HD DVD productions.
• Developed internal asset management system to facilitate global logistics of digital assets for every project, including Company and external Partner resources.
